Terms & Conditions

Payment & Charges

From September 2026 sessions will be charged as follows:

  • Face to face - £45 per hour / Online - £35 per hour
  • The rates are discussed at the time of enquiry and clearly displayed on our website.  All fees are set and not open to negotiation.
  • You will be invoiced monthly in advance.  Payment is due on the 1st of every month and must be made within our payment terms. A late payment fee of £10 will be added to any overdue invoices of 2 days or more.

Cancellations & Missed Lessons By The Student

  • Cancellations must be given in writing, via email or Whatsapp (07811 345 220).
  • Cancelled/missed sessions are on the understanding that fees are non-refundable, however, we will use our discretion under exemptional circumstances.
  • Cancelled sessions by the student are on the understanding that it may not be possible to reschedule the session. Frequent cancellations during term time may lead to you losing your place.
  • If the tutor needs to cancel a session, the opportunity to reschedule will be discussed where possible and if not, the fee will be deducted from your next invoice.
  • We will be given prior notice of any changes to sessions during the School holidays.

Timekeeping & Parental Involvement

  • All sessions are 1 hour in duration.
  • The tutor cannot give extra time to a student if the student is running late for their session.
  • The tutor reserves the right to charge for discussions outside of the learners session time.
  • We provide all resources for each session, if you require additional resources or papers we may be able to provide these at an additional charge.
  • All correspondence regarding your child’s tutoring sessions must come through our office administrators email sallyrush@gloucestershireprimarytutors.com

Additional Information

·         Should you wish to contact Gloucestershire Primary Tutors, emails and messages can be sent at any time and will be replied to within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

  • There may come a time when goals have been met or tuition is no longer beneficial. A notice period of four weeks is required via email, this can come from either the parent or the tutor. This will incur a fee in lieu of notice if less than 4 weeks is given from the parent. Please note that school holidays are excluded from the notice period.
  • 11 plus tuition and exam focused tuition does not guarantee that your child will pass the exams.
  • By beginning sessions with Gloucestershire Primary Tutors, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  • You are not required to return a copy of these terms and conditions, as starting the sessions is proof of your agreement.
Please note, Gloucestershire Primary tutors reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions when necessary.
